Power Couple Join Nomads

Nomads Korfball Club are very happy to announce two new signings for the 2018/19 season with James Norman and Amy Sherston-Baker both joining from Bearsted.

Starting his korfball career in 2009 at the University of Manchester, James went on to play for Highbury until 2011 when he returned to university to study in Nottingham. There he met Amy and they both went on to play for Oxford City and then spent last season playing for Bearsted. James also competes internationally, recently being reselected for the Ireland squad.

"I can't wait to start a new challenge at Nomads" says Amy, "we are both very excited to get stuck into the new season". Both players' rich experience playing korfball will be a great addition to the squad and we wish them the best of luck for the coming season.
